Network analysis of nine language editions of Wikipedia. In Table 5 (local personalities by CheiRank) Harry Pepl is ranked first for the German-language Wikipedia. CheiRank measures the outgoing links of an article, that is, how well the Wikipedia article is linked, not the importance of the person; quotable as a curiosity, not as a ranking.
