Black-and-white photo from the rehearsal for the “Habanero Slideshow” at the Salzburger Jazzherbst (jazz festival in Salzburg, Austria) in November 2004. The show by Rainer Rygalyk and Harry Pepl was the first to bring music of the Lonely Single Swinger Band to the stage with live musicians, in 2004. Harry Pepl (right) explains his music and his concepts to the young jazz musicians Lorenz Raab (trumpet, left), Wolfgang Schiftner (saxophone, centre) and Clemens Salesny (back). Salesny later became the central figure of the live performances of this music. Names according to the caption on the former harrypepl.com website.
