Monthly programme of the literary venue Alte Schmiede (“literarisches quartier”, Kunstverein Wien, Schönlaterngasse 9, Innere Stadt, Vienna, Austria) for May 1984, a leaflet with the schedule and notes on the evenings. On Thursday, 17 May, at 6.30 pm the „quartett celéa/pepl/puschnigg/reisinger“ plays in the series “Jazzszene Wien”: Harry Pepl with the French bassist Jean-Paul Celea, the saxophonist Wolfgang Puschnig and the drummer Wolfgang Reisinger. The rest of the month is shaped by the reading series “Schreiben in der DDR” (“Writing in the GDR”), with Stephan Hermlin, Günter de Bruyn and Volker Braun among others. Admission to all events was free. The Musikwerkstatt of the Alte Schmiede provided the scan on Saturday, 24 October 2026, and permitted its reproduction in the archive.
