Played with Pepl (according to Daniel Pepl, 15 October 2026; also mentioned in several obituaries, on the former website, on Wikipedia, in Heckel pp. 69-70 and in the Kleine Zeitung of 10 January 1988). He was intended for the ECM recording with Werner Pirchner and Jack DeJohnette in 1982 but, according to Pepl, dropped out due to illness; the album was made as a trio (Kohler, pp. 79, 81).
